LETAR supplies component production batches for Mobexom, a wireless communication device used to extend operating coverage of portable radios. The instrument enables users to communicate amongst themselves and to dispatch, when operating outside of network coverage. Installed on the roof of a building, it provides in-building and local area coverage for portable radio users with marginal or no system support. All parts are machined in matched sets for critical tolerances in final assembly at a price level necessary for our customer to compete in the marketplace. The assembly must be waterproof and impact resistant. Sets include enclosures, chassis, filters, heatsinks, covers and partitions.
